DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY & ACCESS POLICY — Capavida (capavida.com)

All products sold by Capavida are digital products delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

INSTANT DELIVERY: Upon payment confirmation, your product access link is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery occurs within 60 seconds in most cases. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive it.

FILE ACCESS & DOWNLOAD WINDOW: Capavida digital products are delivered via Google Drive links. While we make every effort to maintain access, we strongly recommend downloading your files to your personal Google Drive or local device within 30 days of purchase. Access to Google Drive links may become limited or unavailable over time due to changes in our product offerings, business operations, or third-party service availability. Capavida is not liable for loss of access to files that have not been downloaded within the 30-day recommended window. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to save and retain their purchased files. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

NO REFUND POLICY: Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been delivered. This is consistent with standard digital product industry practice.

TECHNICAL ISSUES: If you experience any technical difficulty accessing your purchased product within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at support@capavida.com with your order number. We will resolve all access issues within 24 hours. Support for file access issues is not guaranteed beyond the 30-day recommended download window.

CHARGEBACK POLICY: Filing a chargeback for a digital product that has been successfully delivered constitutes fraud. We maintain delivery records for all orders and will contest any illegitimate chargeback with our payment processor.

OWNERSHIP & USE: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own content creation. Resale, redistribution, or commercial licensing of Capavida products is prohibited.
